Ideally, you should book me as soon as possible so that we can coordinate your expectations with my workflow.

I need one week for every 100 envelopes. Rush orders are doable with an additional charge.

You will need to contact me as soon as possible to make sure that I can accommodate your request.

If you decide to book me, we will set up a time and place for you to drop them off and to return. I am willing to meet at a public place no more than 10 miles from my home in Birmingham. If needed, I can supply a business address or PO Box for shipping. All shipping costs will be paid for by the client.

It would be ideal if you would submit your guest list in Excel format. You will be able to send that to me by email. Please note – You will need to write exactly what you want penned. Guest names and addresses will be penned exactly as they appear on your list. Please double check etiquette, abbreviations, capitalizations etiquette for sir names, etc. before submitting your list. For example, if you have written “AL” for Alabama I will put “AL” not “Alabama”. Please do not assume I will change it, but of course if I catch something that I think might be wrong I will check with you, but please do not count on that.

Yes! An additional 15% of envelopes / place cards will need to be supplied.

If you have more guests to invite or have something that I penned correctly but you accidently wrote wrong, then we will work together to accommodate your needs.  

Envelopes $2.25 / for rush orders $3.75 per envelope
